2-Hour Loíza Culture & Beach Hangout Boat Tour

Cruise past Carolina's reefs into Loíza and Piñones for Afro-Caribbean storytelling, a stop at an authentic waterfront kiosko, and easy beach lounging on calm water, aboard a dry-luxury deck boat with a maximum of 6 guests.

2 hours  ·  Max 6 guests  ·  Cangrejos Yacht Club  ·  Afro-Caribbean history  ·  Kiosko food stop

A Different Side of Puerto Rico's Coast

Most boat tours in San Juan stay close to the hotel strip. This route heads east, past the reefs off Carolina, into the historic Afro-Caribbean town of Loíza and the palm-lined coast of Piñones. Captain José shares the real stories behind the bomba drums, the fishing villages and the barrier reef along the way, then brings the boat in close to a waterfront kiosko so you can taste fresh seafood and frituras the way locals do. It is a slower, more personal tour built for guests who want culture and flavor along with the water.

What's Included

  • 2 hours aboard the boat with a USCG-licensed captain and local historian
  • Scenic run past the Carolina reefs toward Loíza and Piñones
  • Afro-Caribbean history and storytelling narrated by Captain José
  • A stop at an authentic waterfront kiosko for local seafood and frituras (food and drinks purchased directly by guests)
  • Calm-water beach lounging time before the return cruise
  • Fuel and captain fee included, no hidden charges
